Spliced found microscope slides with unknown culture, epoxy wood, moss and airplants.

Stumbling upon an abandoned building during a sponateous bike ride I found old slides with what she believed were plant cross-sections. Each numbered slide is labeled with a specific suscesseion of numbers and letters. 
    As humans, we have decided amongst ourselves that we are the most eliete species. Manipulating and mutilating the world around us to further understand how to more efficiantly capitalize off of it. 
    In this work I started with a single pane “window” created by encapsulating the slides in resin. She wanted to simply have a way to display the slices of the martyrs.
