When their physical existence is no longer reachable and their burial site is on the other side of the ocean...
For families that have been displaced due to political persecution, closure is often never aquired. Unsaid words and stifiled feelings often go to the grave with the deceased.
This piece is dedicated to the multiple family members I have lost in the past two years, and the memories we will never co-create.
